Accommodation

The house is situated in a level position and all rooms have panoramic river views over the Teign estuary. Each bedroom is individually decorated to a very high standard with en-suite, central heating, tea & coffee making facilities, colour television and hair dryers. An iron is available on request. In our lovely riverside garden you can enjoy traditional cream teas with freshly baked scones, homemade jam and Devonshire clotted cream.

Breakfast is served between 8.00 & 9.30am. There is a selection of cereals, yoghurts, fruit and juices for you to help yourselves. Followed by a full English breakfast and a varied selection of local and organic produce dependant on the season.

Tariff 2008

Twin room with bay window and en suite bath and shower - £75.00 room/per night

Double room with en suite shower - £70.00 room/per night

Single occupancy and extra person terms on request

A deposit of 20% is required on booking.

Cheques made payable to Teign Crest, regrettably we are unable to accept credit cards at present.

We have a no smoking policy

On the day of your arrival rooms are ready by 2.00pm and we request rooms are vacated by 10.30am on the day of departure.

In the event of cancellation every effort will be made to re-let the accommodation, if unsuccessful, however, a charge of 50% of the total value of the booking will be made. Cancellation Insurance, is recommended.
